Unbounded Wholeness,
Anne C. Klein
In this book, Anne Carolyn Klein, an American scholar and
teacher of Buddhism, and Geshe Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche, a rigorously trained
Tibetan Lama who was among the first to bring Bon Dzogchen teachings to the
West, provide a study and translation of the Authenticity of Open Awareness, a
foundational text of the Bon Dzogchen tradition. This is the first time a Bon
philosophical text of this scope has been translated into any Western language,
and as such it is a significant addition to the study of Tibetan religion and
Eastern thought. Klein and Rinpoche provide extensive introductory, explanatory
and historical material that situates the text in the context of Tibetan thought
and culture, thus making it accessible to nonspecialists, and an essential
reference for scholars and practitioners alike.
Anne Carolyn Klein is Professor of Religious Studies at Rice
University and founding co-director of Dawn Mountain, a Tibetan Temple,
community center and research institute. She is the author of several books,
including Meeting the Great Bliss Queen: Buddhists, Feminists and the Art of the
Self (1994). Geshe Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche is President of the Ligmincha
Institute, which he founded in 1992 to preserve Tibetan Bon culture and
teachings. His most recent book is Healing with Form, Energy, and Light: The
Five Elements in Tibetan Shamanism, Tantra, and Dzogchen (2002).
A Spiritual Hitchhiker's Guide to the Universe: Travel Tips for the
Spiritually Perplexed (Hardcover)
"A delightful and lucid account of
opening to the mystical in everyday life . . . a very valuable contribution to
the growing awareness that spirituality is not just for the religious." —Peter
Russell, author of The Global Brain and From Science to
God
"A marvelous journey. Witty,
eminently readable and absorbing, . . . a delight to read." —Joseph Chilton
Pearce, author of The Crack in the Cosmic Egg and Magical
Child
A Spiritual Hitchhiker's Guide
to the Universe is the perfect book for readers who feel that their
religious tradition no longer satisfies their spiritual needs. An elegantly
written memoir and meditation, the book explores the many paths of enlightenment
available to readers looking beyond today's churches, temples, and
synagogues.
Author Paul Rademacher, a former
minister, found that too often church focused too much on eternity—what happens
when we die. With this book, he shows that the rightful focus of any true
spiritual path is on infinity—how to experience eternity, the fullness of our
divinity, in the here and now. Rademacher has written a deeply personal book
that often uses biblical texts as a jumping-off point to explore enlightenment
outside of any traditional religious institution. His quest for enlightenment
ultimately led him to discover the work of the Monroe Institute, where he is now
executive director.
A Spiritual Hitchhiker's Guide
to the Universe is a beautiful book for any spiritual seeker who wants a
deeper spiritual life than traditional religious life can
provide.

Apocryphal/Deuterocanonical books.
A "thought-for-thought" translation of the Bible, with
illustrations from "The Bible for Children," a dictionary/concordance, a "How to
Know Jesus Personally" section, and sections of "Great Stories of the Bible" and
"Great Verses of the Bible to Memorize."
Healing Young
Brains: The Neurofeedback Solution (Paperback)
Neurofeedback is a scientifically proven form of
brain-wave feedback that trains the child’s brain to overcome slow brain-wave
activity, and increase and maintain its speed permanently. Neurofeedback is
quick, noninvasive, and cost effective. In fact, 80 percent of the time,
neurofeedback is effective without any of the side effects associated with drugs
commonly used for such childhood disorders as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, sleep
disorders, and emotional problems.
Healing Young Brains examines each
disorder separately and explains in lay terms:
• The manifestation of the
disorder
• The diagnosis
• The rationale for treating the disorder
with brain-wave training
Healing Young Brains is parents' guide to
all they need to know about treating their children with neurofeedback as an
alternative to drugs.

Love, Freedom, and
Aloneness, Osho
In today's world, freedom is our basic condition, and until we
learn to live with that freedom, and learn to live by ourselves and with
ourselves, we are denying ourselves the possibility of finding love and
happiness with someone else.
Love can only happen through freedom and in
conjunction with a deep respect for ourselves and the other. Is it possible to
be alone and not lonely? Where are the boundaries that define "lust" versus
"love"...and can lust ever grow into love? In Love, Freedom, Aloneness you will find unique, radical, and intelligent perspectives on these and other
essential questions. In our post-ideological world, where old moralities are out
of date, we have a golden opportunity to redefine and revitalize the very
foundations of our lives. We have the chance to start afresh with ourselves, our
relationships to others, and to find fulfillment and success for the individual
and for society as a whole.
Osho is one of the best-known and most provocative spiritual
teachers of our time. Beginning in the 1970s, he captured the attention of young
people in the West who wanted to experience meditation and transformation. More
than a decade after his death in 1990, the influence of his teachings continues
to expand, reaching seekers of all ages in virtually every country of the
world.
